    Rockabilly Pioneer Roy Hall From Big Stone Gap

    Here's a guy who don't (doesn't) get enough credit IMO. Even here, in his home town.

    He sometimes described himself as the best drunken piano player to ever come out of Big Stone Gap. He recorded one of the first true rockabilly songs ever with "dirty boogie" in 1949.

    BSG has never given any of it citizens much recognition except for the Jones' , John Fox, and Adrianna.
